If you supply bait on site, will I be able to get more bait during my stay if I need it?
For the Munch Bait's we will need a week's notice but our own bait and particle bait you will be able to purchase anytime

Are we allowed to bring maggots?
Yes

Is my UK carp set-up suitable for use at your lake?
Yes of course

What breaking strain of main line do you recommend?
15lb minimum due to the catfish and sturgeon in the lake.

What is the surface of the swims - can I use bank sticks?
Yes, you can use bank sticks on the second swim as it is earth covered with mulch but the main swim at the cabin is a pod only as it is decking although you can fish off the grass anywhere around the lake with a bank stick.

Are any special tactics required?
I will talk you through the lake tactics on arrival.

Do you recommend use of a bait boat?
If you're not comfortable with casting it could be a good alternative

Is the cabin secure?  The cabin is double glazed with a locking front door. 

Can we drink the tap water?
Yes

Do you have UK plug points?
No, they are French plugs so you will need to bring adaptors.

How far are the nearest supermarket / petrol / tabac?
The nearest town is Cussac where you will find a large supermarket and petrol station.  It is approximately 5 miles away but we are happy to help with supplies if you fly in.
