Located in the Haute Vienne around 45 minutes south of Limoges the Bumbles boasts a beautiful 2.75 acre lake in a quiet village location. We have an exciting mix of carp up to 45lbs, sturgeon up to 65lbs and catfish up to 85lbs. We have two swims on the lake and recommend up to 3 (maximum 4) anglers offering the lake on an exclusive basis only.

Owners Thoughts
Having been an avid fisherman most of my life and been lucky enough to fish all over the world, I feel that we have created a lake full of excitement, challenges and an abundance of large species of fish to keep even the most skilled angler on his toes. We were very conscious that we wanted a lake full of heart and life.
The depth of the lake varies from 6 meters to half a meter, it has over twenty sets of lillypads, rock formations and a peninsular. It has many different vantage points for stalking and fishing in general with stunning scenery and beautiful wildlife including our two resident kingfishers.  It has a very good stock of fish, we have stocked the lake with predominantly large carp but added a few welcome surprises in two large catfish and two large sturgeon.
